Above rates only apply to mainland UK and exclude NI & some remote areas. All international orders will be invoiced seperatly at the time of shipping.


Please note: A signature is required for all deliveries.

Small items are sent via Royal Mail second class post, larger items are sent via UPS or a similar courier. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them. You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged. In these circumstances please inform us as soon as possible so that we can dispatch a new item.

We aim to dispatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, if the goods are in stock. We strive to keep all items on stock but problems do occur either when we receive orders that are a greater than usual or when suppliers run out. We aim to replenish stocks of items that we run out of within one week of running out. We do keep over 3000 parts in stock with over 400 different items.

Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be within two days following dispatch.

Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas may take longer.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of dispatch. You will be offered a full refund or you can accept the later delivery date.

Please note: We will only deliver to the address provided via PayPal.

If goods are returned to us due to not being able to deliver we will immediately refund you for your goods but we will retain the postage costs.

If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 7 days of the dispatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not notify us, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
